 An executive coaching engagement can be customized for the needs of the sponsoring company and executive client. zuback•crc typically works in periods of six (6) to twelve (12) consecutive months or more. The Coach usually meets with the Client, at his place of business, on a weekly basis for up to 2 hours per meeting. The frequency of meetings is determined by both the Coach and Client. Fees are based upon the length and magnitude of the engagement. They include all preparation, assessments, written materials and exercises, and all coaching-related meetings and interviews. All travel to and from the Client's offices local to the offices of zuback•crc is also included. If other travel is required, time and expenses will be additionally invoiced to the Sponsor.
